At PRS, we help organizations recover maximum value from their retired or surplus electronics. Through our IT asset remarketing program, we manage the entire resale process on your behalf - and you receive a percentage of the net proceeds once your items are sold.
Our all-inclusive commission covers everything:
Free pickup of your equipment
Secure data destruction, with certificates of destruction provided
Item testing and condition grading
Complete inventory and serial number records
Management of the entire sales process, including photographs, listings, inquiries, and buyer communication
Shipping and logistics coordination
Final reporting, detailing what was sold and the returns generated
We have an expansive network of buyers around the globe, allowing us to secure the highest market value for your equipment - often with faster turnaround times than traditional channels.
Any additional items that are damaged, obsolete, or no longer have resale value can still be picked up at no charge and will be responsibly recycled through our trusted partners.
If achieving the highest return isn’t a priority for your organization, we also offer a simple and meaningful alternative: donate a portion or all of your proceeds to one of our partner charities. PRS will even match your donation up to a certain amount, and tax receipts will be provided for all eligible contributions.
